Armstrong has a history of bringing out the best in people.

Deb's varied experiences with clients, in both the private and public sectors, helped SNB to manage its workforce better because she was able to show us best practices that are applicable to a public sector organization. She has the academic credentials to define the theory and the hands-on skills to make it practical.
